Arcads Pricing 2026: Plans, 30% Off Monthly & Cost per Video

Arcads pricing is not published on the Arcads website: arcads.ai/pricing returns a 404, and the plans only appear inside the app after you sign up. Fieldnotes checked the in-app plan screen on October 22, 2026. It lists Starter, Creator and Pro at $110, $220 and $550 per month, takes 30% off monthly billing, and shows a limited-time 20% off for yearly billing. This guide lays out those numbers, works out what a finished ad costs, and explains why monthly billing is the cheaper choice while the promotion lasts.

Prices below are USD. Plan prices, credits and allowances come from Arcads' in-app plan screen on October 22, 2026; credit costs, trial and refund rules come from Arcads' help center articles, checked the same day.

What each plan card adds beyond the table:

• Starter: 'Use 74 languages', Extend videos, Access to All Models, up to 200 NanoBanana image generations.
• Creator (marked 'Most popular'): everything on Starter, up to 100 AI Avatar Reactions, Remove background and add AI captions, up to 1,000 NanoBanana.
• Pro: everything on Creator, plus Clone your own actors, Collaborate with team, Ad Performance Guidance, API access, a voice integration and up to 3,000 NanoBanana.

Older reviews disagreed about Pro. Marketer Milk (March 2025) and eesel (edited October 5, 2026) list it as custom pricing, and Layer3Labs cites '$385 to $550'. The plan screen settles it: $550 list, $385 on 30%-off monthly billing and $440 a month on yearly billing.

Arcads monthly vs yearly: why monthly is cheaper right now

On October 22, 2026, the Monthly tab of Arcads' plan screen showed a 30% badge and the Yearly tab showed 'LIMITED TIME : 20% OFF'. That matches what Wireflow reported on July 14, 2026: 30% off monthly plans, 20% off annual. The result is unusual. While the monthly promotion runs, paying month to month costs less than committing to a year.

Arithmetic from the plan screen prices. It assumes the 30% monthly price holds for all 12 months; the screen does not say how long the promotion lasts or whether it carries over at renewal.

Monthly billing also keeps you flexible. The plan screen's FAQ answers 'Can I cancel Arcads at any time?' with 'Yes, just visit your account settings in Arcads and cancel your plan.' The one case for yearly billing is if the 30% monthly discount ends: at list price, monthly Starter is $110 and yearly at $88 becomes the cheaper option. Check both tabs before you pay.

Arcads cost per video: what credits buy

Many pricing pages still say '1 credit equals 1 video'. That was the older model. Arcads' current help article, 'How Are Credits Counted?', charges 800 credits per minute for each talking actor, always rounded up to the next minute. A 15-second ad is billed as one minute, and two actors in one video double the charge. With 8,000 credits on Starter, one credit costs $0.01375 at list price, $0.009625 on 30%-off monthly billing and $0.011 on 20%-off yearly billing.

Credit costs are from Arcads' help center; dollar figures are calculated from the plan screen prices and rounded to the cent. Arcads also lists Seedance 2.0 at 720p (192 to 720 credits) and 1080p (432 to 1,620 credits), plus a reference-video surcharge.

Arcads pricing per video by plan

Third-party reviews disagreed on plan allowances: some said Starter covers 10 videos and Creator 20, others said 'up to 50'. The plan screen answers both. It lists talking time and AI videos as separate lines: Starter allows up to 600 seconds of AI Avatar talking and up to 50 AI Videos, Creator up to 1,200 seconds and up to 100. The talking-time line matches the credit math: 8,000 credits at 800 credits per minute is 10 minutes, exactly 600 seconds. The screen does not say how the 'AI Videos' line is counted against credits, so use the talking-time figure to plan actor ads.

The price per credit is the same on every plan, so higher tiers add volume and features rather than a cheaper video. Rejected takes still spend credits. If you test three versions of a hook, the price of a usable ad is three times these figures. Starter's plan card does not list AI captions (Creator adds 'Remove background & add AI captions'), so on Starter budget for a separate caption tool or step up to Creator.

Is Arcads free? Free trial and refund rules

There is no free plan. On the trial, Arcads' sources point two ways. Its homepage says 'Free trial available'. Its refund article says that if a 3-day trial ends without cancellation, the saved card is charged for the Starter plan, and you must cancel from Billing settings before the 72 hours are up. Review sites such as Wireflow and eesel say they found no trial, probably because the offer is not shown to every account. Check the sign-up screen, and set a reminder if you start a trial.

• 24-hour courtesy refund: once per account, within 24 hours of the first charge, with no credits used.
• Unused period: a full refund if you used zero generation credits and ask within 30 days of the charge.
• Used credits: not refunded as cash, including when you dislike the result. Failed generations caused by a platform issue may get credits back, not money.

Which Arcads plan fits which buyer

Starter at $77 after 30% off: one-month test

Start on Starter if you want to test Arcads: one month at $77 after the 30% discount covers about 10 one-minute single-actor videos. That is enough to find out whether talking-to-camera UGC ads work for your product. Choose monthly billing for the test; yearly Starter is $88 a month. Expect to add captions elsewhere.

Creator at $154 after 30% off: weekly testing

Creator suits a small brand or freelancer running several hook variations a week. It adds AI captions and background removal, 1,000 Natural AI Actors, up to 100 AI Avatar Reactions and 16,000 credits, which is roughly 18 captioned one-minute videos.

Pro at $385 after 30% off: agencies and API users

Pro is the only plan whose card lists API access, actor cloning, team collaboration and Ad Performance Guidance, plus 40,000 credits. It makes sense for agencies and in-house teams that produce dozens of ads a month or need to build Arcads into a pipeline. The plan screen also links to Arcads' sales team, so ask about volume terms before committing.

When Arcads may be the wrong tool

Arcads is built around AI actors talking to the camera. Reviewers note it is weaker at showing a physical product being unboxed or demonstrated.
