When checking Wispr Flow pricing, separate the limited dictation on Free from Pro’s unlimited access, then verify the Student plan route for your device. The official help page checked September 29, 2026 lists support for Mac, Windows, iOS and Android, and Pro at $15 per user monthly or $144 yearly.
The free Student plan is not the same signup path as the standard Free plan. Platform and account status affect how you claim or buy it, so confirm the terms inside the app you use.
Quick answer: Free is for limited dictation, Pro fits regular longer use, and eligible students should check the separate Student claim path before paying.

What is included in the Wispr Flow free plan?
The free individual plan provides limited dictation across languages and apps. Its official plan table also lists learning names and jargon, Windows meeting recording, calendar and Slack connections, and training opt-out.
The exact allowance can change with product policy. Start with the free plan and check the current usage notice in your account. Compare Pro if limits interrupt daily writing or you need its longer meeting retention.
Pro pricing is $15 monthly or $144 yearly
Pro costs $15 per user each month or $144 per user per year, which is $12 per month equivalent. The plan adds unlimited access, longer meeting retention, priority support and team controls.
Annual billing lowers the monthly equivalent but charges for the year. Before committing, list the repeat tasks where dictation saves time and see whether the Free plan is actually limiting them.
The Student plan has a separate claim process
The official help page says eligible students can claim a free Student plan on Mac or Windows. An active App Store Pro subscription or unexpired Pro trial must end first.
Paid Student subscriptions are available through the iOS App Store and desktop card payment at $7.50 monthly or $72 yearly. They are not sold on Android, though a Student subscription bought elsewhere is honored on Android. Subscription management depends on the purchase route.
